When I was a student of management and business economics at Brno University of Technology, I got a task to do a company-oriented research. Honza and I came up with a special approach which we applied at Four Bros. The research got to top 5 at the whole faculty and was appreciated especially for its originality and purely practical contribution to the company I had analyzed. At that time, I already knew how important it was to get surrounded by right people. And that was the moment I said to myself I would love to gain experience and knowledge when working in this team after I graduate from university.
I’m also very happy that my colleagues share my passion for sport. And as the icing on the cake, a number of our clients work right in this field. Throughout my studies, I was working in a sports equipment store and the experience gained there help me understand my clients’ needs better and create functional solutions for them.
